Context with control.

Threadline stores account information and conversation references in the application's database. The agent runtime stores conversation transcripts. Persistent agent memory is stored separately through the configured memory provider.

Connected accounts

Connections give the agent access to the services you authorize. Review and revoke connections in Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting a service does not undo actions already performed there.

AI processing

Your messages and relevant tool results may be sent to the model and infrastructure providers configured by the operator. This is not an offline or end-to-end encrypted assistant. Do not enter passwords, API keys, or information you do not want processed by these services.

Memory and deletion

You can ask the agent what it remembers and request removal of specific memories. Deleting a conversation from the sidebar removes its application reference; it does not promise deletion from every provider. The operator must handle account-wide and provider-level deletion requests.

Deployment responsibilities

Before opening registration to others, the operator must publish their identity, contact information, retention periods, and applicable privacy terms. This page describes the software; it is not a substitute for that policy.
